I was thinking that as soon as we have a name and domain reg, we'll get a VPS somewhere and stick a wiki and bugtracker on it. It should also do for running the site in "alpha" mode, when it's just us early birds messing with it.
*Definitely* let's get performance metrics and monitoring in early!
The only costs initially will be easily handled out of (my) pocket, but if/when I'm looking for help with expenses I'll let people know. The question of how to fund the thing (if we want it to be Ravelry/Dreamwidth type scale) is one we'll have to address.
